Chicago Heights and Elgin, Ill. and Milwaukee, Wis. - The Elgin Community College volleyball team went 1-3 in week nine of competition.

The Spartans move to 2-27 in their overall season.

Team leaders across the four games included Rachel Mikosz in assists (40), Annie Tiu in digs (37), Courtney Consoer in kills (16) and blocks (three) and Katey Mitchell and Mikosz in service aces (six).

Elgin wraps up its regular season next week at Triton on Tuesday and at home against Joliet on Thursday.
