Two student-athletes from the Elgin Community College volleyball team have earned honors for their performance during the 2022 season.

Cassie Pitte was named Second Team All-Illinios Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) while Leah Murphy was selected First Team All-Conference and All-Region.

Murphy averaged .46 blocks, 3.42 kills and 2.86 digs per set with a .197 hitting percentage. She recored 246 kills, 206 digs and 32 solo blocks throughout the regular season.

Pitte tallied 146 kills and 143 digs to average 1.92 kills and 1.88 digs per set.

The 2022 volleyball team concluded its season at the Region 4 Quarterfinals.
