Elgin, Ill. - The Elgin Community College women's soccer team picked up two wins this week.

The Spartans improve to 6-4 overall and 2-2 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) play.

Sept. 25: Oakton 0, Elgin 4

Julissa Ortiz scored the first goal of the game at the 15:42 mark. Peyton Kohn registered her second hat trick of the season with goals in the 28th, 32nd and 72nd minutes.

Sept. 28: Bryant & Stratton 1, Elgin 8

Multiple goals came from Kohn with three and Elena Carlos with two. Adeline Kinsella, Ashley Crisci and Adrianely Galicia netted one apiece.

The Spartans are on the road next week to face Prairie State on Wednesday and Parkland on Saturday.
