Elgin, Ill. - The Elgin Community College women's basketball team was bested 59-33 by Moraine Valley on Tuesday night.

The Spartans move to 6-22 overall and 1-12 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) play as the Cyclones improve to 13-16 and 7-6.

Team leaders included Ceili Ramirez in points (10) and Hannah Masud in rebounds (eight). Sarah Duque, Trinity Evans, Masud and Ramirez each recorded two steals.

ECC is on the road for their final regular season game of the year. They take on Prairie State on Thursday at 5:15 p.m.
