Chicago, Ill. - The Elgin Community College women's basketball team picked up a 69-66 overtime win at Wright on Tuesday night.

The Spartans improve to 2-9 in their overall season as the Rams move to 0-9.

Shayne LaRock and Nicole Ramtahal led the team's offense with 20 and 19 points, respectively. Zoey Wilson tallied nine rebounds, nine assists and 14 points.

Elgin entered halftime with a 30-29 advantage, and finished the third quarter with the one point advantage before it was tied up in regulation. ECC was able to outscore the Rams by three to snap their losing streak.

The Spartans are back at home to take on DuPage on Saturday at 1 p.m.
