Grayslake, Ill. - The Elgin Community College men's basketball team fell 98-76 to Lake County on Tuesday night.

The Spartans move to 5-14 overall and 1-4 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) play.

Josiah Mayes scored a team-high 25 points off the bench as Mannie Brown, Tristan Walton and Xavior Gonzalez also scored double-digits.

Other team leaders included Mayes in rebounds (six) and assists (three) and Gonzalez in steals (five).

The Spartans host Prairie State on Thursday with a 7:15 p.m. tip-off.
