Highland, Ill. - The Elgin Community College men's basketball team suffered two losses at the Highland Tournament on Friday.
The Spartans move to 1-12 in their overall season.
Game One: (Receiving Votes) Southeastern 92, ECC 57
Team leaders included Gabe Wright in points (17) and steals (three), Meek Ater in rebounds (12), Derryl Gaddi in assists (five) and Isaiah Smith in blocks (three).
Game Two: Sauk Valley 80, ECC 65
Meek Ater led the offense as he recorded 20 points and 12 rebounds. Isaiah Smith also registered a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.
The Spartans are back on the road to take on Kishwaukee on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
