Malta, Ill., Dec. 21, 2021 - The Elgin Community College men's basketball team edged Kishwaukee College 72-68 on Tuesday night.

The Spartans improve to 6-6 as the Kougars dip to 4-9.

Jordan Wilkins led the team with a season-best 27 points. Dorien Little also registered a season-high with 16 points.

Selle Dime, Erron Bryant and Wilkins each grabbed six rebounds.

Kishwaukee led 38-36 entering halftime, but ECC held them to 37.5 shooting in the second half to clinch the 72-68 win.

The Spartans begin conference play on Jan. 4 at McHenry. Tip-off is slated for 7:15 p.m.
