Olson enters his 40th year at the helm of the golf program in the 2024 season.

He has produced numerous All-Conference and All-Region players and six Academic All-Americans.

In addition, 12 players have qualified for the NJCAA Golf Tournament.

Olson taught physical education for 34 years in the Elgin U-46 district.
