Tsoukalas enters his second year at the helm of the men and women's soccer teams in the 2025 season.

He earned several awards for the men's side in his first season, including Region 4 Coach of the Year, Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) Newcomer of the Year and ISCC Soccer Coach of the Year. Tsoukalas's team broke several program records, including best start to a season (4-0-1) and were featured in national rankings in six different weeks. He also led the men to the program's second ever Region 4 Championship game where they finished the season as the Runner-Up.
