Elgin, Ill. - The Elgin Community College volleyball team picked up its first win with a 3-2 victory over Triton on Thursday night.

The Spartans improve to 1-26 in their overall record as the Trojans move to 2-17.

ECC won the first, second and fifth sets with scores of 25-12, 26-24 and 15-13.

Team leaders included Jadyn Booz-Bruce in digs (14), Rachel Mikosz in assists (15) and Dahja Gaines in kills (10).

The Spartans host South Suburban on Monday at 6 p.m.
