Sugar Grove, Ill. - The Elgin Community College volleyball team dropped four games at the Region 4 Crossover on Friday and Saturday.

The Spartans move to 0-20 in their overall season.

Game 1: Black Hawk 3, Elgin 0

Team leaders were Dahja Gaines in kills (four), Rachel Mikosz in assists (six) and Jadyn Booz-Bruce in digs (six).

Game 2: Illinois Valley 3, Elgin 0

Lilithe Buttron led the team in kills with four, Mikosz led in assists with five and digs with eight.

Game 3: Rock Valley 3, Elgin 0

Team leaders included Buttron in kills (four), Mikosz in assists (five) and Trinity Evans in digs (eight).

Game 4: Sauk Valley 3, Elgin 0

Evans recorded four kills, Mikosz tallied six assists and Guadalupe Barrera registered nine digs to lead the team.

The Spartans are back on the road to face Olive-Harvey on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
