Elgin, Ill. - The Elgin Community College volleyball team lost 3-0 to Highland on Thursday night.

The Spartans move to 0-15 in their overall season as the Cougars improve to 5-12.

Set scores were 25-13, 25-11 and 25-20.

Team leaders included Lilithe Buttron in kills (four) and blocks (one) and Rachel Mikosz in assists (four) and digs (12).

The Spartans are back on the road to face McHenry on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
