Grayslake, Ill. - The Elgin Communtiy College women's basketball team fell 65-53 to College of Lake County on Thursday night.

The Spartans move to 8-18 overall and 2-8 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference (ISCC) play as the Lancers improve to 2-21 and 2-9.

Takara Campbell and Nevaeh Howard led in points with 17 and 16, respectively. Other team leaders included Howard in steals (three), Kelechi Uchem in rebounds (14) and Howard and Ari Franco in assists (two).

ECC hosts Oakton on Tuesday at 5:15 p.m.
