Men's Tennis Falls to Prairie State

Elgin, Ill. - The men's tennis team fell 7-0 to Prairie State on Thursday.

The Spartans dip to 0-1 as the Pioneers improve to 2-5.

Mavrick Schee and Rijad Cevjan paired up at No. 1 doubles. The duo snagged one point in the first set, but ultimately fell 6-1, 6-0.

Schee and Cevjan were edged 6-0, 6-0 in No. 1 and 2 singles, respectively.

Joshua Reyes made his collegiate debut at No. 3 singles and pushed it to a third match with a 6-2 win in the second set. He was ultimately edged 10-7 in set number three.

The Spartans travel to Milwaukee, Wis. to face Milwaukee Area Technical College on Sunday.
