Grayslake, Ill. - The Elgin Community College men's basketball team picked up a 69-65 win over Lake County on Thursday night.

The Spartans improve to 4-18 overall and 2-5 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference play as the Lancers move to 8-14 and 2-6.

Isaiah Smith recorded his third double-double of the season with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Others scoring in double digits were Derryl Gaddi (23) and Meek Ater (14). Gabe Wright recorded team-highs in steals (two) and blocks (two).

ECC hosts Oakton on Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.
